Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. * If you are running late, you must text before your appointment time, not at or after your appointment time. * If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled. * Please text first to see if I am able to accommodate the delay. * If I am able to still service you, a $30 late fee will be added to your appointment. Respecting Appointment Times Please understand that my time is valuable, and so is yours. Let’s respect each other’s schedules and avoid unnecessary delays. If you have somewhere to be, please do not book a same-day appointment and then rush the service. While I work efficiently, I do not rush services because I want every client to receive quality results and the attention they deserve.
